Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> �L The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated June 2004 was deemed <br /> gl�7PA incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study indicating <br /> Xa/�6 that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to Parcel Map <br /> (/y-, approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading <br /> study is required, and a review fee of $465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatmept and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department will require the study to consider a proposed <br /> �6rr� commercial load in addition to the existing use in order to support any subdivision of <br /> this parcel. <br /> n M� <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
