This zoning designation "is intended to provide a limited variety of retail and service <br /> uses and agriculturally related uses at specific intersections to serve rural residents outside of <br /> designated urban and Rural Communities." (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us, 2004). <br /> L ✓ 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> According to information on the tentative site map,available at the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Develqpment Depamnent, the original parcel is to be divided into two. One parcel will be about <br /> 4.84,nacres, and the other will be about 2.51Lacres. The existing and proposed parcels are depicted in <br /> Plate 2. Before the Rathe's <br /> Lowned the property it was owned by the neighbor, Mr. Dan Mehrten. His family has owned the <br /> property since the 1920s. Its primary use under the previous owner was graze-land for cattle. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> L3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> One septic system currently exists on the Site,its location can be seen on Plate 2.
