Liberty Road, Clements <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on,or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only,and it cannot contain any underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 11 WA(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department does not have records/permits on file for the existing septic <br /> system,which serves the store and single-family dwelling. The applicant shall demonstrate on a revised site <br /> plan the following: <br /> a. Conveyances for waste water disposal to existing septic system for the sizing of the commercial septic <br /> system. <br /> The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed staff and <br /> customer use,that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of <br /> building permits(s)/Final Map(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to <br /> approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A.Design <br /> Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 <br /> per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Submission of four(4)sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental Health Department <br /> for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> E. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> F. If hazardous material is stored on site,applicant must register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> G. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and comply with <br /> applicable regulations. <br /> ml l;tl <br />
