Liberty Road, Clements The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on,or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only,and it cannot contain any underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 11 WA(c)(5)). In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal replacement area. NOTE: The Environmental Health Department does not have records/permits on file for the existing septic system,which serves the store and single-family dwelling. The applicant shall demonstrate on a revised site plan the following: a. Conveyances for waste water disposal to existing septic system for the sizing of the commercial septic system. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed staff and customer use,that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permits(s)/Final Map(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of $186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A.Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). D. Submission of four(4)sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to beginning construction. E. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Department. F. If hazardous material is stored on site,applicant must register with County Office of Emergency Services. G. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and comply with applicable regulations. ml l;tl
