(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: George Haywood, et al APNs : 005-090-56 and 005-090-57 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> A portion of the site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation <br /> is undetermined. In addition, the existing Sar. Joaquin County and City of <br /> Stockton Flood insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, <br /> and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . <br /> The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of <br /> Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood ;naps will <br /> be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. + <br /> Liberty Road has an existing right-of-wav width of 60 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 84 feet . <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are <br /> developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915 . 2) <br /> 2 . Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) ` <br /> 3 .
