INTRODUCTION <br /> This study was prepared to satisfy the Conditions of <br /> Approval of Minor Subdivision MS-93-32 . <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The property is developed as shown on Exhibit 1. <br /> Parcel 1 and the "Remainder" contains a home and <br /> garage. Parcels 2 and 3 will be new hom,esites . <br /> PRESENT AND PAST USES OF SITE <br /> The property was used for pasture. <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE AND ADJACENT GROUND WATER <br /> The neighbors of this site were interviewed regarding <br /> their septic systems and ground water. The <br /> septic system was part of older house <br /> that burned down. New house is 26 years <br /> old. <br /> No problems with leach area <br /> Depth to ground water is 100 feet <br /> 005-090-07 Troy Butterfield, 3784 East Liberty Road <br /> Septic system is 28 years old <br /> No problems with leach area <br /> Depth to ground water is unknown <br /> 005-090-08 Charles Fowler, 26897 North Nichols Road <br /> Has two septic systems , first one is 44 <br /> years old, has been pumped twice, second <br /> system is 27 years old, no problems <br /> Depth to ground water is 80 - 90 feet <br /> 005-090-17 Clyde Chism, 27050 North Nichols <br /> 1942 septic system is 51 years old <br /> No problems with septic system <br /> Depth to ground water is approximately <br /> 186 feet <br />
