APN: 005-09-66,56 <br /> PERCOLATION TESTS <br /> Testing procedures conform to the requirements of the Environmental Health Department of San <br /> Joaquin County. <br /> The test holes on both parcels were drilled with a truck mounted rotary drill rig. The soil profile <br /> was determined by 25'holes,one on each parcel. From 0-9'hard pan existed, 9-13 was soft silty <br /> sand with minor portion of clay, 13-15'dense cl/gravel, 15-22' silty sandy clay,moderate 'PW <br /> and 22-25' hardpan. Shallow holes were also drilled for testing,and sleeved with 4" PVC. All <br /> holes received 2" of small gravel on the bottom. Additional holes were drilled to the sandy layer. <br /> Testing was conducted on Dec. 3/4, 2002. Parcel 1 tests failed, Parcel 2 tests were satisfactory. 7 <br /> The December tests were performed by Mr. Walt Curtis, a licensed civil engineer. Shallow and <br /> deep holes were age,in u .parade and again tested on March 6, 2003,with satisfactory <br /> results at th�-11' level in the sand str . Mr. Ted Tasiopoulos,EHS was present for <br /> the required readings and observations on Dec. 4,2003. Lisa Medina, SR. REHS, was present on <br /> Mar. 6, 2003 for the required readings and observations. The Sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County require 8,000 SF leach field for both Parcels.
