BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A grading plan for the proposed ponds shall be submitted by <br /> the applicant, and it shall be approved and a grading permit <br /> issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any <br /> excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> 1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br /> 2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> 4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plan. <br /> 5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> 7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> 8) This application requires a discretionary approval, (i.e. <br /> Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) ; therefore, a <br /> grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> obtained. <br /> b. The approved facility shall not be a place of employment, nor <br /> be open to the public. <br />
