Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Liberty Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of APN 005-210-22 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 4 . The frontage improvement for Liberty Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> an 84-foot right-of-way rural arterial road. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by <br /> the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application.
