The 1968 topo map shows several ponds on the south portion of <br /> the parcel. The land drops approximately 5' in 2000',westerly. <br /> The SJC Agricultural Commissioner's Office reported on chemical use during the past 5 years. <br /> The report is included and shows no record of chemical use during the last five years. <br /> M The General Soil Map of San Joaquin County describes the soil as San Joaquin-Bruella. The <br /> �r main limitations are the very slow percolation to the hardpan. The Lines of Equal Depth to Static <br /> Water show approximately 105. <br /> 5.�n/The State List(Regional Water Quality Control Board)dated 4/1/05 has no listings on Bruella <br /> Road. Neither does the DTSC's Cortese Site List, dated 1/4/05. <br /> The EHD LUST list does not list any site on N. Bruella Road. <br /> The site was visited on 5/31/05 and again on 7/18/05. Photographs dated 7-18-05 show the small <br /> pond on the south edge of Parcel 1. A small amount of water remains. Also the rear area is shown <br /> on the second photograph.A large pile of trash is located near the residence. Anyone visiting the <br /> site should be aware of the"guard dog". <br /> The Environmental Questionnaire was signed by Frances Snyder. The former owner raised com <br /> and oats. A winter oat crop since 1993 has been planted.
