c
MS 00-37
APN: 007-020-11
The project is located in the NW quadrant of the intersection of Liberty and Bruella Roads. The
study is to determine if the site will support residential housing with respect to on-site septic
systems. The San Joaquin County Sewage Standards, dated 11196 and the San Joaquin
Development Title are applicable to this development.
SITE BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The parcel was used as pasture. No irrigation well served the property. The land was last used
for pasture. The Agricultural Commissioner's Office reported on Oct. 13, 2000 negative results
for a file check on chemical use by permit. Liberty Road and Bruella Road serves the parcels. The
probable access for both parcels is Bruella Road.
GROUNDWATER INFORMATION
Groundwater elevation as determined by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water
Conservation District Maps(1992)show 130 feet on lines of equal depth of water wells for this
area. The water was tested from the parcel to the north and the test results from FGL is
attached. The results are satisfactory.(DBCP and Nitrate)
SOIL PROFILE AND PERCOLATION TESTING
A 4" boring was drilled to a depth of 10'to determine the soil structure. The predominate
classification is clay. Hardpan was evident near the surface. Some silt& sand in a low percentage
is present at various levels. The 25'pits when installed should perform satisfactorily in the soil
strata. The percolation tests indicate a standard septic system installed in accordance with San
Joaquin County Ordinances should function satisfactorly,if maintained properly.
SEPTIC REPAIRS OF RECORD
A document search of the files in vicinity of the site, indicating repairs, was made at the EHD,
3d Floor, 304 E. Weber Ave. and listed as follows:
PERMIT ADDRESS REMARKS
(Machine broke at EHD-unable to research records at this time, Mr. Ted Norgard,R.E.H.S. of
the EHD,is not aware of any septic failures in this immediate area.)
SEPTIC TANK AND LEACH FIELD
Developement of the on-site septic system is to conform to the Environmental Health Division
standards of the Public Health Services of San Joaquin County. A gravity sewer, system will serve
