The requirement for <br /> this report is found in The Development Title, San Joaquin County, in Section 9- <br /> 905.12. <br /> HISTORY-OF PARCEL <br /> The land has been used for pasture by the former owner for 10 years. The current <br /> owner has allowed the land to remain as pasture. A drainage channel exists at the <br /> north edge of Parcel 1 and crosses Bruella Road. <br /> VISUAL FIELD INSPECTION <br /> A field inspection was completed on Oct. 14, 2000. The site is vacant. No well <br /> exists on site. The drainage ditch thru the parcel contained water at the Bruella Rd. <br /> Crossing, probably irrigation water from adjacent parcels. No evidence of chemical <br /> contamination was found on the site. Access is from Liberty Road and Bruella <br /> Road. A few Oak trees remain on the parcel. All the pasture grass is dead. The <br /> k <br /> property is fenced. The parcel to the west has been planted recently with grape <br /> 4 <br /> vines. <br /> RECORDS SEARCH <br /> The Agricultural Commissioner's report, dated Oct. 13, 2000 does not reflect any <br /> record of chemical use.
