APPLICANT: Same <br /> 374 Lincoln Center <br /> Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Variance application to be completed in 2 phases over 5 years, to increase the number of <br /> permitted monument and pole signs per street frontage from 1 sign to 5 signs, to vary the permitted height of 4 solid walls <br /> along the property line, from 3 feet to 9 1/2 feet, and allow an over the street archway pole sign. Phase 1 includes <br /> increasing the maximum permitted height of 2 solid walls, from the allowed height of 3 feet to a maximum of 6 feet. These <br /> walls are located along the northeast and southeast corner of Gettysburg Place and Benjamin Holt Drive, and both include <br /> a sign; increasing the maximum permitted height of a solid wall, from the allowed height of 3 feet to a maximum of 9 feet. <br /> The wall is located along the southwest corner of Pacific Avenue and Benjamin Holt Drive, and includes a sign; increasing <br /> the maximum permitted height of another solid wall, from the allowed height of 3 feet to a maximum of 9 1/2 feet. This <br /> wall is along the northwest corner of Pacific Avenue and Benjamin Holt Drive, which also includes a sign. Phase 2 <br /> includes the construction of a new over the street archway pole sign and reducing the required setback from the property <br /> line from the permitted 5 feet to 0 feet. The proposed archway pole sign will extend across the right-of-way for Benjamin <br /> Hoit Drive. <br /> The Property is zoned C-C (Community Commercial) and the General Plan designation is C/C (Community Commercial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located from the east corner of Benjamin Holt Drive and Gettysburg, to the west <br /> corne�r of Benjamin Holt Drive and Pacific Avenue, Lincoln Center, Stockton.
