Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton <br /> Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the <br /> City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton <br /> Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign <br /> a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City, <br /> and pay the applicable fees. Further, the ownerldeveloper shall be responsible for all <br /> costs involved in the extension of the sewer main to serve this parcel, as required, to <br /> meet City standards. This may include the extension of the sewer main across the <br /> entire frontage of the property. <br /> 2. Although the subject parcel lies outside the adopted boundary of the South Stockton <br /> Community Facilities District 90-1 (Sewer District),the airport area is subject to the CFD <br /> 90-1 Airport "In-Lieu" Fee program adopted by the City Council on July 1, 1996, <br /> Resolution No. 96-0333. The current "In-Lieu" fee of approximately $8,4001acre is <br /> based upon the legal parcel size or documented ground lease area, a copy of which <br /> must be provided prior to fee determination_ The "In-Lieu"fee is subject to adjustment <br /> at the time of application for sewer connection, and is due and payable prior to <br /> connection, along with the other standard connection fees. All appropriate connection <br /> fees and charges must be paid to the City of Stockton, and the necessary permit(s) <br /> obtained from the City of Stockton before connection to the sanitary sewer or water <br /> system will be allowed. <br /> Stockton <br /> bcftd <br /> u CRY <br /> 1999 <br />
