y <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-02-628 <br /> Frank <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-02-628 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on January 17, 2003,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 18, 2004, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A''Notice of Lot Line.Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for a California Land Conservation Contract(also <br /> known as the Williamson Act) shall be filed for Parcel 1 in its entirety prior to recording.the Notice of <br /> Lot Line Adjustment. Legal descriptions reflecting the new parcel configurations shall be submitted <br /> with the application. Filing fees are required for this application. <br /> 2.
