The San Joaquin County District Viewer <br /> shows this facility located over 600 feet southeast of the Site. Based on <br /> its distance away, this facility appears unlikely to have impacted the Site. <br /> Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on July 31, 2016 for <br /> the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. The Site was <br /> not listed, and no facilities within one-quarter mile were identified. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have <br /> been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Four wells were <br /> identified at addresses within approximately two miles of the subject Site. All of <br /> the wells had been tested for DBCP; it was not detected in any of the wells. All <br /> the wells had been tested for nitrate, it was detected in three of the wells at <br /> concentrations of 3.5 to 14.0 mg/L. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set <br /> by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 mg/L. The MCL for DBCP is 0.2 µg/L. <br /> 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were <br /> identified under the name of K & S Watts. According to the records, the Site has <br /> been vineyard from 2013 through the present. A variety of agricultural chemicals <br /> have been applied to the Site during this time period, as indicated on the <br /> attached pages in Appendix 5. <br /> 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) <br /> Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on July 31, 2016 for mapped oil or <br /> gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified <br /> within the search radius. <br /> 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> July 31 , 2016 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter <br /> mile of the Site. No pipelines were identified within the search radius. Local <br /> pipelines which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in the area. <br /> LOGE 1620 5 <br />
