Fy <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-02-437 <br /> I` JS Land Management, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-02-437 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on February 20,2003,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> 4 <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on August 21, 2004,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br />+i 1. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> February 3, 2003. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> ' c. EXISTING MOBILE HOME: The existing unpermitted mobile home shown on the site plan shall be <br /> removed under a demolition permit.
