Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating the <br /> maximum number of employees and proposed customers, and indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of a building <br /> permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $178.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and proposed customers the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area us d-fer-that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> The revised site plan shall include any existing septic system and proposed sewage systems <br /> with the 100%required design criteria for all septic systems per the San Joaquin County <br /> Sewage Standards. <br />
