The <br /> existing facility includes a 2,160-square-foot office, a 13,356-square-foot block manufacturing building, a <br /> 6,000-square-foot paver manufacturing building, and 7,726 square feet of kilns. The first phase of the <br /> expansion is to include a 6,000-square-foot dry-mix manufacturing building, and two 5,400-square-foot <br /> dry-mix storage buildings. To be built in three to five years are 4,288 square feet of kilns, a 13,356- <br /> square-foot block manufacturing addition, and a 12,000-square-foot paver manufacturing building. The <br /> heights of the buildings are shown on the site plan and are discussed later in this report.
