The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 905.12). A review fee of $250 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated February 11, 2013 and it has been approved. B. The existing septic system located at 700 W. Linne Road was found being repaired illegally without a required Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Permit from the EHD. This repair work shall be done under a sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1110.3 and 9-1110.4). The EHD requires that the owner obtain a sanitation permit prior to recordation of the Final Map. C. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of $250 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department.
