(3)The following nate shall be placed on the Parcel Map and also shall be recorded as a separate instrument: At the time of non-agricultural development of Parcels 6 through 8 and Parcels 15 through 17, the entire length of the private right-of-way for Parcels 6 through 8 and Parcels 15 through 17 shall be constructed and maintained to the standards required by the California Fire Code and applicable San Joaquin County Improvement Standards. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan(SJMSCP).
