Located on the N. side of Linne <br /> Rd. , W. of Chrisman Rd. , S. of Tracy. <br /> APPLICANT: Sue Lindly APN: 248-080-19' '. <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Linne Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> Deny the application or delay action until Master Water and <br /> Circulation Plans are submitted and approved by Public Works; <br /> Department. <br /> IN THE EVENT THE PROJECT IS APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE <br /> RECOMMENDED: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915. 2) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed.
