COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-92-175 <br /> 9 . All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910. 20) <br /> 10. Individual wells will be allowed until a public water system is <br /> available. The owner shall execute an agreement with Public <br /> Works Department to share in the cost of developing a public <br /> water system. A deposit of $9, 000.00 per lot shall be required <br /> for the construction of the water system. The deposit shall be <br /> held in an interest bearing trust fund and used to plan, <br /> design, & construct the public water system. The owner of each <br /> lot shall be responsible for any cost above the deposit amount <br /> and shall receive a refund if costs are lower.
