r.
Memo to the File -2-
MS-92-175
Relative to water there was a discussion that the property needed
to be connected to the Fairoaks water system and that the
facility plan should indicate the number of wells that would be
required and the distribution system to provide water to the
proposed subdivision. The requirements for water supply would be
that of the Department of Public Works and the Health Department
as there is an exception in the code for parcels of two acres or
larger. However, this exception is not consistent with the
General Plan. All indications were that public water would be
required for the development.
TMG: ss
LINDLEY.MEM
c: Chet Davisson, Director
Tom Walker, Chief Deputy Director
Tom Iwamiya, Department of Public Works
James Miller, Environmental Health Division
