ORDINANCE NO. 4145 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAPS OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN <br /> ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED THE NORTH SIDE OF LINNE ROAD, <br /> 1000 FEET WEST OF CHRISMAN ROAD, TRACY,AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT <br /> The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, do ordain as <br /> follows: <br /> WHEREAS, on February 7, 2002, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered this matter, and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 12, 2002, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on <br /> said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary <br /> evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors <br /> being advised on the premises, and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors approves a Negabve Declaration as adequate to <br /> address the impacts of the proposed project, and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br /> San Joaquin, State of California, do ordain as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. The Zoning Maps of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, is hereby <br /> further amended by reclassifying property from Rural Residential (R-R) to Very Low Density <br /> Residential (R-VL), attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2. The Community Development Department Director shall revise the Zoning <br /> Map of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its <br /> adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be <br /> published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of <br /> Supervisors voting for and against the same. <br />
