M I N U T E S <br /> 4. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. GP-01-14 AND ZONE RECLASSIFICATION NO.ZR-01-10 OF <br /> AURORA TRANSPORTATION (CIO JOSE ALVA): A General Plan Amendment to change the <br /> designation of five parcels totaling 11.32 acres from Rural Residential (R/R)to Very Low Density <br /> Residential (R/VL), and a Zone Reclassification to change the zoning of the same property from Rural <br /> Residential (R-R) to Very Low Density Residential (R-VL). The project site is located on the north side <br /> of Linne Road, 1000 feet west of Chrisman Road, Tracy (Supervisorial District 5). CONSENT <br /> Roger Elissagaray (1505 E. Valpico Road, Tracy), a partner with Dave Olmstead and Linne Estates, <br /> introduced a letter into the record from Dave Olmstead which detailed the costs of services and water and <br /> soil contamination studies for both the Linne project and the Aurora project. <br /> MOTION: <br /> It was moved, seconded (Morri/Demichelis), and passed by a unanimous roll call vote (7-0) to: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration, <br /> 2.
