Alva(C/O Aurora Transportation) <br /> Dear Mike: <br /> This letter is to confirm the determination reached in your office on January 4, 2002 <br /> regarding available information for wastewater treatment,and groundwater availability as discussed <br /> in the memorandum from Ray Borges to the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department dated December 18, 2001. <br /> At our meeting you along with Ray Borges concurred with my assessment,that all previous <br /> reports, studies and information submitted for General Plan Amendment 01-01 and Zone <br /> Reclassification 01-07 included the area identified in the above mentioned General Plan Amendment <br /> and Reclassification. I am including a copy of a letter from W. Dave Olmstead to Kerry Sullivan, <br /> dated January 29, 2001 wherein all of the other studies are referenced that apply to the subject <br /> property. Note that at all times referred to in all studies,the subject property was included as a part <br /> of the pre-application and application for GP-01-01 and ZR-01-07. It was not until September of <br /> 2001 that GP-01-01 and ZR-01-07 was amended by the applicant to delete the subject property from <br /> inclusion in the applications for GP-01-01 and ZR-01-07. <br /> Based on the above stated conclusion,it is my understanding that a revised memorandum will <br /> be sent to Jeff Fisher of the Community Development Department stating that the Environmental <br /> Health Division supports General Plan Amendment GP-01-14 and Zone Reclassification ZR-0I-10. <br /> Again, I want to thank you and Ray for your professional courtesy and attention to this <br /> matter. <br /> Sincere , <br /> QuL i <br /> OSE .
