REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0400293 <br /> Robertson, et al <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions for Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0400293 was approved <br /> by the San Joaquin County Planning Commission on November 4, 2004. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on December 24, 2005, the original expiration date, unless a Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Gillian Hayes, 468-8477) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment as shown on the plan dated May 27, 2004. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Each parcel shall be a minimum of two acres in size. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 872.2([d]) <br /> d. LOT WIDTH: The following lot widths shall apply: <br /> (1) Parcels 1, 2 & 3 shall have a minimum lot width of 150 feet(Development Title Section 610.4). <br /> (2) Parcel 4 shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet(Development Title Section 610.4). <br /> e. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required.
