This must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of SI86.00 inwit be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of 593.00 per percolation hole is required. NOTE. It is the Environmental Health Department's understanding that the proposed Parcel J4 will he a non-buildable parcel in accordance with Parcel Map 79-192. B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-sysicnt(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental I iealth Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability Study findings(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- 1110.4). C Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the 1:nvironmcntal I leulth Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
