Recommendations <br /> Action <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; <br /> 2. Approve the Revision of Approved Actions application for Parcel Map No. PM-79-0192 Book 8 <br /> Page 82 with the Findings and Condition of Approval contained in the Staff Report; and <br /> 3. Approve the Revision of Approved Actions application for Lot Line Adjustment application PA- <br /> 0400293 with the Revised Conditions of Approval contained in the Staff Report. <br /> Findings For Revision of Approved Actions for PM-79-0192 (Book 8 Pape 82): <br /> 1. There are changes in circumstances which make any or all of the conditions of such map no longer <br /> appropriate or necessary. <br /> • This finding can be made because under current regulations for the AG-40 zone (General <br /> Agriculture-40 acre minimum), a single family residence is a permitted use: (Development <br /> Title Section 9-605.2)_ <br /> 2. The amendments do not impose any additional burden on the present fee owner of the property. <br /> • This finding can be made because allowing Parcel 4(or Parcel B)to be a residential <br /> building site would not pose any additional burden on the current property owner. <br /> 3.
