Recommendations Action It is recommended that the Planning Commission: 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; 2. Approve the Revision of Approved Actions application for Parcel Map No. PM-79-0192 Book 8 Page 82 with the Findings and Condition of Approval contained in the Staff Report; and 3. Approve the Revision of Approved Actions application for Lot Line Adjustment application PA- 0400293 with the Revised Conditions of Approval contained in the Staff Report. Findings For Revision of Approved Actions for PM-79-0192 (Book 8 Pape 82): 1. There are changes in circumstances which make any or all of the conditions of such map no longer appropriate or necessary. • This finding can be made because under current regulations for the AG-40 zone (General Agriculture-40 acre minimum), a single family residence is a permitted use: (Development Title Section 9-605.2)_ 2. The amendments do not impose any additional burden on the present fee owner of the property. • This finding can be made because allowing Parcel 4(or Parcel B)to be a residential building site would not pose any additional burden on the current property owner. 3. The amendments do not alter any right, title, or interest in the real property on the recorded map. • This finding can be made because the right, title or interest of real property will not be altered by allowing Parcel 4 (or Parcel B)to be a residential building site.
