The elevation is higher on the <br /> southwestern portion of the property and grades to the northeast. <br /> LAccording to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40, <br /> general agriculture. This zoning designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the <br /> L continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises"(www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us,2004). The minimum <br /> parcel size is 40 acres. <br /> L <br /> 1-2 Proposed Development <br /> Quartaroli and Associates of Manteca, California,provided a preliminary parcel map showing the <br /> Lproposed lot division. The lot line adjustment will take the current four parcels and adjust the lot <br /> lines to create four different parcels. Parcel 1,will be about 2 acres,Parcel 2 will be about 1.5 acres, <br /> Parcel 3 will be about 1.5 acres and Parcel 4 will be 49.85 acres.
