L .
LFebruary 16, 2005
NOA Project Number: E040149A
7.0 CONCLUSIONS
L In summary, satisfactory percolation rates of the soil were achieved in the proposed septic disposal
areas of the four parcels. The proposed Parcels appear suitable for a standard septic system.
No ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property. There was no
onsite water well to be tested for Nitrate or DBCP.
8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
L proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
Laccordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
