Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> i <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to recordation of Final/Parcel Map as required by <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading <br /> study is required and a review fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> i <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> i <br /> B. Construction of Engineered sewage disposal system(s) under permit by Environmental <br /> Health Division will be required subject to approval prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> This condition must be recorded on Final/Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Additional septic systems for new parcels cannot impact the overall accumulation of <br /> nitrates in the first water aquifer, thus requiring an engineered sewage disposal system with <br /> annual monitoring and permitting requirements. <br /> C.
