B. Any land or improvement to be dedicated to the County or other public agency is consistent with the <br /> General Plan, any applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose Plan-,'a'nd any other applicable plan <br /> adopted by the County. <br /> • This finding can be made because Public Works is requiring an Irrevocable Offer of <br /> Dedication to result in an 84-foot-wide right of way1or l_inne Road. Public Works is also <br /> requiring an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to result in a 30-foot-wide right of way along the <br /> south 400 feet of the east property line to provide for area circulation. Deferred Improvement <br /> Agreements are required for each dedication. <br /> 9.
