State Iaw requires that land use within airport <br /> TRACY, areas of influence must conform to the Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> AND <br /> THE COUNTY OF The location of the 4.52-acre parcel for splitting(A-PN/Address: 248-080-23; 8253 W. Linne _ <br /> SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Road,Tracy)falls within the Conical Zone of the Tracy Airport's Area of Influence. Few restrictions are <br /> necessary for projects that fall within this zone. However,any future development on this land must <br /> adhere to the standards outlined in the 1993 amended Airport Land Use Plan. The standards pertinent to <br /> this zone includes,but are not limited,to the following: <br /> The use of non-reflective materials,transmissions, and visual distractions to pilots; <br /> Radio transmissions that would interfere with aircraft communications/navigation are not permitted; <br /> Residential uses are permitted if insulated to reduce interior noise to a level no higher than 45 dB; <br /> An Deed of Avigation and Hazard Easement is recorded in favor of the Airport Operator when new <br /> residential land use involves 5 or more emits; and, <br /> Proposed schools that are to be located within a 2-mile radius of an airport must undergo a review by <br /> Caltrans Division of Aeronautics and the State Department of Education. <br /> In addition,the property owner should be aware of the potential need to file FAA Form 7460-1 ' <br /> entitled Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration.
