Analysis <br /> Background <br /> On December 4, 2001, the Community Development Department approved Minor Subdivision Application <br /> No. MS-01-36 for the division of a 4.52-acre parcel into two parcels, each parcel to contain 2.26 acres. On <br /> December 10, 2001, Linne Estates, LLC, submitted an Appeal of.Staff Action to the Community <br /> Development Department appealing the approval of the above referenced Minor Subdivision. <br /> Crone Estates_'_Appeal <br /> Appeal Statement No.1 <br /> The appeal states that the proposed subdivision constitutes"poor land use"and that the"planning <br /> commission should hear this matter." <br /> Response to Appeal Statement <br /> The proposed subdivision is consistentwith the General Plan and the Development Title. The Initial Study <br /> prepared for the project did not identify any significant adverse impacts on the environment.
