The property is located approximately 1/3 mile <br /> east of Chrisman Road on Linne Road, south of Tracy in San Joaquin County, California. A <br /> plot plan and vicinity map showing the approximate location of the property are presented on <br /> Plate I. <br /> A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that three approximately 1.5-acre parcels will <br /> be split off of the approximate 30-acre property. No structures are currently located on the <br /> property. We have assumed that construction on the proposed parcels will be limited to one <br /> single-family residence with one septic system per parcel. Additional details of the proposed <br /> project are not known to our firm at this time. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as described in Ordinance No. 3323, <br /> Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated September 2, 1992. Our services were initiated based on your written <br /> authorization of October 29, 1992.
