k. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development <br /> Title and be included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a <br /> minimum of five (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, including any comer cut- <br /> off(snipe). (Development Title Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> I. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division: <br /> (1) Proximity to Property Line: An exterior wall constructed less than 20 feet <br /> from the property line shall be of 1 hour non-combustible fire-resistive <br /> construction. Openings will not be permitted less than 5 feet and protected <br /> less than 10 feet. <br /> (2) Parking: The Construction Site Pian shall indicate the following: <br /> (a) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow <br /> away" sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (b) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed '/4 inch per foot (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24). <br /> (c) Provide one van parking space. <br /> (3) Restrooms: Provide restrooms conforming to all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) (Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1). <br /> (4) Other Requirements: The existing barn shall have a demolition permit.
