Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> /modified. <br /> ✓ A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating <br /> proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)), A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The study should incorporate a proposed sewage design for showroom not shown on <br /> site plan. <br /> /B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposalsystem is being designed ned for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> ystem <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 140% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> C. The existing well shall be tested for general minerals and nitrates prior to issuance of <br /> building permits. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State approved laboratory (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has no permit on file for the construction of the <br /> existing well. p <br /> 1 <br />
