One permit was found on file with the EHD on September 28,2005 for <br /> the residence at 8393 West Linne Road. The permit is described below. <br /> L <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> L One septic permit was found on file at the EHD on September 28,2005 for the address of 8393 <br /> West Linne Road. The permit was issued to John Silvieria on July 12, 2005. The permit is for the <br /> Linstallation of a 1200 gallon septic tank. <br /> L3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on September 28,2004. <br /> L <br /> L3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> 6. the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 200 <br /> septic system per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> L The general use of the vicinity to the southeast of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks is farmland with <br /> a few scattered residences.
