The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will <br /> beapplicable and shall be Incorporated |nthe construction plans before submittal \othe <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. The proposed and existing buildings shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler <br /> system or divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R,Title 24). <br /> 2. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading permit issued by the Building <br /> Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter <br /> 70' Section 7006(l). <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the <br /> adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> C. Grading in excess of 5'000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for <br /> "Engineered Grading Requirements.^ <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plaw, <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to afoundakion inspection. <br /> f. All grading permits are subject toapproval by the other departments. <br /> g. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to issuance of any <br /> building permits, orbeginning ofany construction. <br />
