Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be complied with prior to <br /> the issuance of any Building Permits. <br /> A. If the addition to the existing residence consists of any rooms that contain a closet (i.e.: <br /> dens, family rooms, bedrooms, etc...), then the septic system shall be upgraded according <br /> to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> Sewage Standards. <br /> B. Any repair, addition, or upgrade to the septic system shall be under permit and inspection <br /> of this department. <br /> C. All foundations, structures, and driveways shall be kept 5 feet from the septic tank and 10 <br /> feet from leach lines and seepage pits. <br /> D. If a cross-connection exists at the agricultural well, then the well must be repaired under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two '/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County <br /> must be installed. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
