CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800208 (LA) <br /> CORTOPASSI PARTNERS LP/BAUMBACH &PIAZZA <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1800208 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 31,2018,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on May 1, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Christine Luckasen [209]468-0214) <br /> a. APPROVAL:This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between four parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated August 16, 2018. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be.recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE:The following requirements shall apply: <br /> Each parcel shall be a minimum of ten (10)acres in size. (Government Code Section 51250) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley [209] 468-3000, see memo dated <br /> September 19, 2018.) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> APN's: 063-130-10 and 063-100-26 are under Williamson Act Contract No. 72-C1-0161 and APN's: 063-180- <br /> 26 and 063-130-02 are under Williamson Act Contract No. 82-C1-0014.The proposed application is consistent <br /> with Government Code Section 51200. <br /> See Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board letter dated September 25, 2018. <br /> Site Approval application No. PA-1700044 permitted the Use Type Agricultural Processing— Food <br /> Manufacturing on APNs: 063-180-26 & 063-130-10. If this use is expanded, a new Site Approval <br /> application will be required. <br />
