Live Oak Road, Lodi <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance <br /> Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. A review fee of $156.00 is required at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved <br /> lab. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4207). <br /> d. All abandoned refrigeration, freezer boxes, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> 2887, Section 5-2400. <br /> e. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcel 1 and 2 under a permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> f. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel 1 and 2 under a well permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development.
