a <br /> t <br /> Y <br /> ' CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1000089 <br /> Cocoa Farms <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application 'No. PA-1000088 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on May 28, 2010,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on November 27, 2011, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a :Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> I <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Mo Hatef,468-8477) <br /> a. APPROVAL 3his approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the plan <br /> dated April 23, 2010. <br /> b. NOTICE OFLOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Developmerit'Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Adt, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
