The Environmental Health Department has no permits on file for the existing septic systems <br /> serving the multiple homes on these parcels. Prior to recordation of deed or record of survey <br /> the septic tanks shall be uncovered and the leach lines staked out for each system. In <br /> addition, applicant shall demonstrate the 50% replacement area for each septic system to the <br /> Environmental Health Department in accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage <br /> Standards. <br /> An onsite septic inspection by the Environmental Health Department under permit and <br /> consultation is required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.5, <br /> and 9-1110.9). <br /> J <br />
