The underlying project is an Agricultural Preserve application. The project area is not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned R-L (Low Density Residential) and the General Plan designation is R/L (Low Density Residential). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of Locke Road, 2,500 feet northeast of Brandt Road, Lockeford. (APN/Address: 051-290-13 & 25/12215 E. Locke Road, Lockeford) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than August 20, 2014. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on August 27, 2014. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
