It is EHD's <br /> understanding that the proposed wastewater ponds are part of a wastewater treatment system. <br /> The oversight, monitoring, and final permitting will be subject to the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board. In the interim, the applicant has secured a Waste Disposal Permit <br /> (#2241) with East Bay Municipal Utility for non-hazardous winery waste disposal. <br /> It should be noted that EHD's experience with public concerns relating to wastewater issues are <br /> usually addressed to EHD staff first. In accordance with San Joaquin County Board of <br /> Supervisors Resolution B-92-1591, any complaints that are verified against this site will be <br /> charged the EHD hourly rate of$89.00 for response and referral activities. <br /> e <br />
