These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> - - 1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: In accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards, a grease trap/grease <br /> interceptor shall be installed for a commercial food establishment. <br /> B.
