(2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide accessible restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title <br /> 24). <br /> g UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed projects by the use of: <br /> (2) Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code(public water mains). <br /> (3) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with 902.4 Key Boxes: A knox box <br /> shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume 2, <br /> Standard10-1. <br /> (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property.
