Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: In accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards, a grease trap/grease <br /> interceptor shall be installed for a commercial food establishment. <br /> B. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region,prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> NOTE: Prior to final occupancy approval, applicant shall contact the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region of the proposed changes and provide the <br /> Environmental Health Department written acknowledgement. <br /> C. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior R.E.H.S. at (209) 468-0343 to <br /> operate a public water system prior to final occupancy approval. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
